We are an official Hyrox Training Club and Multi-Sport Training Centre.
Our monthly training programs are designed to keep your sessions fresh and effective, with updates at the start of each new month. Each session is thoughtfully structured to incorporate a variety of styles, ensuring well-rounded progress and sustainable training for those who train consistently.
At The Drop, we’re dedicated to mastering the art of Hyrox and elevating your performance in your chosen sport. We embrace challenge and work as a team.

We are very fortunate to have the members that we do, and we are incredibly grateful to have met all of these fantastic people on our journey. They support one another, welcome one another, and there is a strong sense of community.
Alongside the hard work, they keep the energy high. We add motivating music, experienced programming, and expert coaching. This combination creates an atmosphere where you can push your limits, enjoy the process, and achieve something you may have thought you weren’t capable of.
We have seen many great physical results from our training methods, but what we’ve realized is that these results, the environment and the community have impacted people in more meaningful ways.
