*We also provide Member Bolt on Sessions at £16.50 if you run out of sessions, please email us for the link to this. If you are a member that would like to bring a friend they can also access the member drop in rate
*Open Gym is a member benefit added to all of our membership plans and it will not deduct a session when booking onto it
*Run Club is part of all of our memberships but when booked it will be used as a session
MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Classes must be used within the month booked and will not roll over into the following
- Monthly membership continues unless cancelled
- 2 Weeks Cancellation Notice (The membership will be cancelled from the end of the month)
- Payments are debited on the 1st of each month
- If joining within the month, the booking system will apply the charge and sessions for the remainder of the month and then the full membership will be applied from the 1st of each month.
- 12 hours notice is required for cancelled sessions
- If a session is cancelled with less then 12 hours notice or in the case of non attendance, the session will be treated as used
- If you are an unlimited member but fail to attend or late cancel our peak time classes (6am Monday -Friday and all classes on Saturday) you will be automatically charged £16.50. This is because we will have lost this space for another member to use
- A membership maybe frozen for one month.
